it occurs to me that i am america.

New semester started today:

1^st: Honors Modern History, with Mr. S, who is very conservative and stills considers himself part of the Confederacy.

2^nd: Economics, which is incredibly dull, and Ms. H reminds of Ricky Gervais on The Office, but not in a good way.

3^rd: Trigonometry. WOE. LOTS OF WOE.

4^th: AP Government, which is lovely, even if Ms. B has pictures of Bush, Reagan, and Bob Corker on her walls. There are about 10 of us, and I got to yell about abortion and defend Abraham Lincoln and talk about how Reagan helping end communism doesn’t make up for him ignoring the AIDS epidemic. So much fun.

(OH, AND FIVE DAYS UNTIL THE INAUGURATION! THERE WILL BE CELEBRATORY OBAMA COOKIES.)
