Seventeen, which is practically worse than sixteen (seriously, how is that possible?), Chelsea is clinging to the hope that she's the reincarnation of someone really awesome. She is soft spoken, drinks too much tea, writes fic when she's supposed to be doing math homework and has been slowly regaining her Southern accent. She loves too many things and too many people, and she doesn't often know how to express it. High school mostly sucks for her, but she has high hopes for higher education.
