I fail at being a girl. Consistently.

The Academy is a little more pop than I like, but they're actually pretty good. Kerri's my bandom friend, so she keeps forcing random music and, like, pictures of Panic at the Disco at me, so I'm starting to follow her around to shows.

(Also, random, but I found some Amanda Palmer fic! Both of them involve members of Panic at the Disco, but that's, like, half indie bandom, at least)

I've started to listen to Panic at the Disco, ironically because I investigated Panic! bandom after the indie bandom thing you did, and then I found a really good fic, and then I googled some pictures, and then I needed to be a fan. :D Fandom really does help business.

(*gasp* Half is good! Great, even! Google has failed me! May I have the link, please? (Even more random, my friend's sister got kissed on the cheek by Amanda Palmer. I love this six degrees of separation thing.))

Paaaaaaaanic. Oh my god, they've eaten my life. I'm madly in love with their drummer. Well, I'm madly in love with all of them, but mostly their drummer.

I've lost one of them, apparently. It used to be saved to my laptop, but it's mysteriously vanished. This one's amazing, though (and explicit! Very, very explicit!), and [livejournal.com profile] disarm_d is pretty much one of my favorite bandom writers that I've found:

Enough to Fit Inside The Cracks by [livejournal.com profile] disarm_d. NC17. Mild D/s. Brendon Urie/Amanda Palmer.
